(Watermill Rolex x Linton-Argentinus ) DOB 2012
Watch Maker C was bred in Germany and is by the Thoroughbred stallion Watermill Rolex and out of a Linton-
Argentinus dam. Watermill Rolex completed his 30-day Stallion Performance Test, including earning an 8.25
on rideability and his trot, and is approved by the Hanoverian Verband and stood through the Celle State Stud.
He’s by Mytens, who had a very strong influence in Holsteiner and Dutch Warmblood breeding. Mytens
competed under Bert Romp for many seasons and was noted for his technique and power. Watermill Rolex’s
full-brother, Watermill Swatch, is a successful show jumper and is approved by the KWPN.
Damsire Linton (Lican-Calido I) was very successful in the Bundeschampionat, including earning a score of 9.0
and finishing 4th in the finals. He won numerous show jumping classes as a young horse and won his first 1.5
m class at age 7. Argentinus is a true foundation stallion. He was himself a Grand Prix jumper and has been a
very successful sire of both show jumping and dressage horses.
This colt was shown and placed fifth at a Foal Show at Hof Kleemeyer this summer. He was imported to the US
this fall and just recently moved to Hilltop Farm. He’s settled into his new environment quickly has an
inquisitive nature and gets along well with the horses in his herd.
